I'm trying to burn more calories with each workout and it was helpful to get 'permission' to not eat back my MFD calories and to add a rest day or two as well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; I know you like inspiring videos and I don't know if you'd seen the one below of a speech by Prof. Randy Pausch called "Last Lecture."
